For some reason when I am making my EA acount, it asks for the registration code/cd key. I type it in but it says that the key has failed. I am 100% that the key im typing is correct. What could I be doing wrong?

Contact EA. Somehow the cd-key has been stolen and already registered. Be prepared to provide EA with photo proof that you currently possess the CD-key.
