[NFSMW] Cursor

Sometimes, my cursor in the game disappear for some reason.
So I have to use my arrow keys to control the game, anybody know how to fix?

Er, it happened to me once, can't remember how I fixed it soo... maybe you should try re-installing it again?

It didn't work
EDIT: I installed the patch v1.3 from EA.
But it still didn't work, the only difference I know is that at the intro when Mia talks, theres subtitles.
Whats the difference from patched NFSMW and unpatched?
