Is there any way to get the engine sound for the Mclaren?

If you have Patch 1.1, you should be able to hear it - as far as I know, all the cars have engine noises in 1.1. Also, there is a tool available to get the McLaren in 1.1 as well, that will probably make your life easier. However, as far as I know, 1.1 is not too great in any way except the addon cars.

Unfortunately, EA messed up the McLaren engine noise - it sounds like a V8.

Yes, I have patch 1.1. I used SAAM's patch to get the addon cars. Is that the tool you are saying? Or is there another one?

If anyone else have this problem, buy a level 3 engine to fix the sound.
