please help me tune my charger for drag

hi
my charger r/t is crap...
but im determined to make it fast...
it's running 10.5 on a 1/4 which is sad...
i heard that some one got theirs to go 6.9 on the 1/4...
so please help me tune my car to perfection so i can beat AI in super promotion!!!
