Greetings,
I am new to the forum. I have searched the net for what could be causing nfs:mw to crash on my system. The program runs for maybe three to five minutes everytime before there is a brief black screen and crash back to the desktop. It is a vista ready pc but was converted back to XP. Its specs are:
AMD Athlon
64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+
1.90 GHz, 960 Mb of RAM and the graphics card is a VIA/S3G UnichromePro IGP. I tried setting the affinity to one processor but it doesnt work. I think the system ought to work although I check the task manager and one cpu seems over worked...
yOUR HELP WOULD BE SO GREATFUL.

Thanks alot...

Download the AMD Dual Core optimizer. Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your processor, graphics card, and motherboard.
