did u collect then b-list cars? i tried and got all of them. wish ya luck if ya gonna do it.

You mean the Pink Slip? You can always get them easily through a hacked saved game. I can get all of 'em if I wanna.

And I managed to get them all (X360 so no savegame hacking....) just because I wanted the max amount of cars in the garage (25 cars) I in general could not care less about the looks of the cars, most of them where stripped of their visuals and rebuild the way I liked it.

Anyways, yeah, if you beat the rivals after saving and quit if you don't get the right card (you have to beat them again though), yeah, you can get all of the Blacklist members' cars easily (well, as easy as MW gets). If you're on PC you can even download (blatantly hacked) save games with the cars of rivals you never unlock such as Razor's Mustang.
I myself never bothered. I bought all of the cars myself except the BMW. I finished the entire game after Taz with an Eclipse GT; before that I used a stock Cobalt. (I saved my money for the Eclipse, don't ask me why - if I were to make another MW savegame I'd have gone for a different car. Heck, if I were to make a new UG2 savegame I'd have traded in my Civic at the first opportunity or, hey, started with a 240SX - but that's not how it ended up and I'm off topic now anyways.)
