So first i know that this doesn't need a topic, it's so little, but anyway..

When i go to "Quick play"-Raceday, and if I take like stock civic, which isn't good, will the AI have poor cars too or Supercars?
So is the AI car as poor/good as mine, or..?

Why don't you just try it out?
