Razor...

Okay then, I got to Razor 3 or 4 days ago.
Statistics:
9/9 Races Completed
4/5 Milestones Completed
Bounty [a little less than 9,000,000]
Anyway, the requirements are really tough. I tried checking FAQs, tips, tricks on websites such as IGN, Cheatmasters, etc. I'm having trouble on bounty increases... mainly milestones actually.
I tried the old bus station trick but it only works for a limited time... never managed to get that much bounty on it because a police cars always goes up the ramp to bust you once you go to Heat Level 4. I tried Trade Paint many times, no.
Somehow you always get busted. Today while in Cooldown mode after driving just a few meters showed up two heavy Rhinos and rammed me to the wall, blocking me. And most of the time at a really high heat level [end of 4 or level 5], the cops will find a way to block me.
Any tips on scoring the requirements will be appreciated.
