nah u cant lower ur car... i havent found nething that would let u do so. im on wheelman level 13 n still nothing so yeh

Okay, I have beaten the game twice and I just found this out at about midnight last night. I was taking screenshots of a silvia(just for fun) and I noticed the suspension
and i went to the tuning part or performance and went to suspension. if you put it all the way to -10.0 that should do the trick. But u gotta get used to it it changes the way u drive

in the wii version, lowering suspension is available.
