ModChallenge #13 - UniqueChallenge

UniqueChallenge required people to make a car with as many of Samantha's unique parts as possible. The only real requirement was to use a unique vinyl, but other unique parts were also encouraged. This was a huge comp - the largest to date. It began with 52 entries.

ModChallenge #12 - UnderdogChallenge

The UnderdogChallenge was all about paying homage to the less liked cars in the game. We chose the five least seen cars in the NFS unlimited showroom and told the users to make 'em great. It's down to you to decide how well they did!

ModChallenge #11 - IncognitoChallenge

The IncognitoChallenge was something new and different as far as the previous 10 comps went. While the design rules for the car were kept simple (no vinyls or decals were allowed), this time the names of the entrants were hidden and ppl were not allowed to identify themselves or their cars. Voting was also hidden until the comp finished.

Also, for the first time, you were allowed to use screenshots taken from any part of the game, including garage and in-game pics. It made for a really different comp!!

ModChallenge #10 - EclipseChallenge

The EclipseChallenge was another back-to-basics comp - these are always a lot of fun. As the name suggests, you needed to grab a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, make it great, and win the comp!

ModChallenge #9 - BlackChallenge

BlackChallenge was heavily requested by bunches of people around the NFS Unlimited forums. The goal was pretty simple - make a black car!! To prove it was black, ppl had to include the base colour paint palette on their entry.

ModChallenge #8 - ReplicaChallenge

ReplicaChallenge had entrants creating NFSU copies of Real Life cars - they had to find a suitably modded car pic on the net, then make it in NFSU. This was the first comp to be run in the SR Challenge site section.

ModChallenge #7 - zero2HEROChallenge

The zero2HEROChallenge was the biggest and bestest comp to that point. It was all about modding cars as you progress through the game and entrants got to enter three car pics each, spread across three garages. The first car could have only parts up to level 1, the second car has parts up to level 2 and the third car can have any parts at all!! What's more, each entrant had to do the same model car each time - just like taking a car through the game and modding it up as you go along.

ModChallenge #6 - HotHatchChallenge

The HotHatchChallenge was all about making a hot Hatchback car.
It was restricted to three cars - The VW Golf, Peugeot 206 and the Ford Focus. Some damn fine entries were submitted too!!

The RicerChallenge was the evil twin stepbrother of the SleeperChallenge.
Entries had to be all show and no go. There were a couple of fun side challenges run as well.

The aim of the SleeperChallenge was to make a fairly normal looking car with awesome performance under the hood. All rice had to be kept to a minimum

The SentraChallenge called on modders to perform the impossible - make the Sentra look good!!
Many thought it couldn't be done, but they were proven wrong by the winners...

ModChallenge #1 - PinkChallenge

The first ever ModChallenge was pretty tough. Entrants needed to design a great looking car while being restricted to only three colours - all PINK!!!
The PinkChallenge admins were TheStig and GT3x24x7.
