hi guys i have this problem, its about in "the trap" mission where u compete with Zack. Everytime i enter this event, the game crashes, i can proceed to the game. is there any way to skip this using some hex editor or other program?

The mission data is in gameplay.bin which is located in the Global subdirectory. I don't think you'll be able to edit anything that'll get the mission to load. It's probably another NFSUC bug. If you want to remove your CD key from your savegame and upload it I can see if "the trap" will load for me using your save. If so I'll complete it and send back.
