i tried using save editor ... the cars get unlocked but the vinyls and body parts do not come. the car just appers as STOCK.


is this possible through hex editing?
if not can the Blueprints to these cars be downloaded.?

*Bosscar-vinylcodes and blueprints removed.
Thats why there is Pay-DLC with same content!
