Does anyone know how to make good neon text signs in MS Paint? I really need to know how for a website.

In Paint? I think that prog is very limited, and best yuo can do is simple text... Without any shadows and so on. Get something decent, like Photoshop. That's the tutorial!

I have photo shop but dont know how to use it.anyone got tips for layering or merging imagies together.i wanting make a decent sig img.

Photoshop is a darned rapphinate program, and it takes ... long time to master. Keep in mind that real designers and multimedia folks use it, so to get a job it's actually a kind of "I'm the best at Photoshop" Only thing I can think of is taking a course at it, or messing around ... try googleing for some tutorials as well.

best way is to look for photoshop tutorials OR just start learning it by yourself (more timeconsuming, but better result IMO).
