I have made a bunch of Need for Speed Underground Movies, except my upload speed is painfully slower than it should be. After running many bandwidth tests, it says I should have a download of around 500kbs and an upload of about 250kbs while online. However, I usually hit around 300kbs for download which isn't terrible because it might just be the connection, but I can never upload more than 35kbs. Does anyone know why I am having this problem and how I could fix it??? I will post my movies on my ftp if I can get my upload speed to where it should be.

It's 500kbps and 250kbps, which isn't your download speed. Your download speed is 500/8 and your max upload speed is 250/8, which is about 30kb/s.
