New tuner in town

Just quietly, in a minor coup we've managed to get pro tuner Terronium 12 to swing by the site and post a few of his awesome Shift car setups in the new Car Setups area. These are truly complete setups for some of the best cars in the game, not your half-baked, slapped together mockups of the sort that I always seem to throw together (despite my best intentions.. *sniff*..).

So far, there's setups uploaded for Koenigsegg CCX, Zonda R and Corvette Z06, hopefully with more on the way. The Zonda setup in itself has brought me into the top 10 at quite a few tracks so all hype aside, I figure that really does show how potent these things are.

Feel free to build 'em up and test 'em out, but as Terronium himself says, driver discretion is advised.

w00t for fame!

All of this might get me playing the game again on a regular basis; I'm still waiting for that rather long overdue patch and any DLC that should come our way. With Forza 3 conserving all of my time as of late it'd be nice to balance the two out, or at least come close to it.

any possibility of a drift car tuning? =b

I'll give the Zonda R a try to see if it can inprove on my 6:12 nurburgring time =) *probably not... because I maxed out on the top speed department to shave down on MOST of the straightaways which there are quite a few in the track*

but it'll probably improve the time on ALL other tracks =)

I'm not a drifter, so, I'd have no clue what I'm adjusting.

Bojan made a great setup for the LP640 Works Converted. You should take a look, it's a great setup IMO, especially for online racing.

I think a good thing to do when posting a setup is to specify whether you use a steering wheel or a controller, because some tunings only work well with a wheel, and vice versa.
