Vinyl Hex Editing

did it on Most Wanted, did it on Carbon, is it possible in Underground to hex edit your savegame to get hidden unique vinyls?
i know there is a tool to get those, but its for 1.3.0 version, and i have 1.4.
I've searched the forum and found no tutorial or anything about it.
if there was a moment when it was openly said it was not possible, sorry but i haven't found the topic/post.
Can anyone help with that?
i know i could just reinstall, get the 1.3 patch, get vinyls, get the 1.4 patch but that is rather long process, so i would like to be sure first that there is no other way.
