NFSU2 crashes loading and loading in Vista

Hi everyone!
I have a problem with the game I installed today... I have windows Vista and the races the menu the explorer mode all goes ok... the problem is that sometimes when appears the loading window after a race or after leaving garage, it crashes loading and loading and never finishes to load... what could it be? what should I do?
