I haved a Peugeot car and wanna know what if i have one of the bests.I'll order became from 205 to present...No poll,only tell me by order this cars.

basicly all rubish!

Only good thing the classic Peugeots have are that they are pretty cool for being just plain crazy and fast (for those days)
Downside was that they fell apart after a short while.

Now... they just look weird and still are rubbish.

Stiggy-boy's about right. As I've said before, the last proper driver's car Peugeot ever made was the 205 GTi/T16. That was a riot- but that was over 20 years ago!

VW invented the hot-hatch and then lost their way, but they've found it again these days (new Polo GTi for example- 1150kg with a DSG box and 180bhp!).

Peugeot helped perfect the hot-hatch and have done literally nothing since the introduction of the 206. The 106 was only passable because it handled well.

Puegot 908(i think) just won 12 hours of sebring in ALMS.

Yep, the HDI FAP.
The -ONLY- reason it won was because it was running on Diesel and therefore produced better economy. Some of the LMP2 cars and the Aston LMP1 were pulling much faster laps.

Lets switch back to petrol cars for all our racing, diesel engines unfairly disadvantage smaller manufacturers who don't build production ones.

When I was 8 years old, I saw the Peugeot 206 WRC on TV and I was staaaaaring at the screen like never before. I thought "THAT car model is the one I want when I'm 20!". That's 12 years ago, and surely, I have one now, and I'm happy as never before. Wonderful, lovable and roaring car when you want it to be.

I before wanted a 206,but the time passed and i changed my ideas.Now i'm back to French cars.Oh yeah.

I since the 807 is ugly,and i gotta say mostly Peugeots have no style.But at least the "6 Saga" is the best.Excluding 806.

Do you mean you own a 206, or a 206 WRC? I don't believe the latter, personally. Roaring? As I've said in other threads, I've driven a 206 GTi 180 hard, on a track, and it was a wallowy, heavy, understeery mess that seemed almost totally gutless. Old Clio 172 and 90's Williams were running rings around it all day long.

Anyway, the only, yes only, people I've ever known who like modern Peugeots are people who've never driven anything else. I honestly can't think of a single one since the demise of the 205 GTi/T16 that has even one redeeming feature- though I must admit that the RCZ looks good (if a bit girly) but it's not exactly going to steal the Scirocco's thunder, is it?

AND Audi wasnt there

They have beaten the Audi R15 before so that's not saying much, fact remains for both that they are in a different league then the petrol versions thus to rules and regulations

+1. Personally, I think it's Audi's refusal to run a closed-top car. I can't believe that an open topped racer is more aerodynamic and although fitting a roof raises the centre of gravity, its probably negligable.

Steel's right but don't forget the 306. In S16/GTI-6 trim it was up there, and there were always the 306 Maxi rally cars. Anything after the 306/106 is shiznit, 206 included. I've had 11 205's in my time and the only step up from them was a RWD RX-7 FC that I have now (but am selling). There aren't many current FWD cars that compare to those 15-20 yr old cars even now. Case in point my sister just got a 306 GTI-6, her boyfriend has an Audi A4 1.8 Turbo. Of course the A4 doesn't have such a good power to weight as the 306, but he was mightily surprised when the 306 left his $25,000 A4 for dead through some back road bends
