yup ive noticed, it looks similar but not the same. it will probably be based off the same physics system, but tweaked a little to make it funner to drive. hopefully a little more difficult also, it was too easy to drive in burnout

Maybe my opinion is wrong, but from what i saw(they haven't showed us a lot of races), it's all about long stretches and wide corners, so you can slide .. but, again, my opinion is based on what i saw in their released information(pics, videos)

doesnt matter, game looks sick. but then again i hope the physics isnt like BP, i played that game wayy too much and im waaaay use to/bored of how the cars drive. I seriously have 100+ into that game lol

At 1.04 you can clearly see a 918 Spyder too

Unfortunately the handling looks to have gone backwards. It looks like Burnout Paradise which wasn't exactly very good in that department...

Even though the traffic cars in the past NFS's looked crappy, that was to distinguish them from other racers, which had much more detail. This game's making traffic cars look better, the way they should be.
On a side note, I don't like the cinematic camera when the player causes another racer to crash. It's annoying having the game pause all the action to show you the guy you wiped out. It probably wouldn't be in multiplayer, but I'd like it if you could turn it off, like the jump cams.

EA are famous for releasing demo's a week AFTER release. Then you miss out on release offers and usually the special editions too for wanting to get the reality before the fantasy...

The only way around that is to buy the game regardless but don't open it until the demo is released. Then if you don't like it, return the game. Probably not worth the effort. Stupid EA.

Yes, NO Custom & Quick Race in NFS: Hot Pursuit.

Custom Race - choose your preference before race - number of cars (rivals), laps, police on/ off, weather conditions, etc.
Quick Race - do not choose your preference, and you only want ride once or twice, in any race

ONLY Single Player Carrer (Cop or Racer) and Mulitplayer Games (Autolog System).

Autolog games aren't really multiplayer games, but are a form of quick races. A friend of yours does a race and sets a time. After that you get a challenge and have to do the same race yourself (offline, against AI).

Personally I don't care for quick races I've never even been in a quick race menu for any need for speed game once. I think quick races are boring.
