Minor Mod for Online.

I was wondering if anyone hase come up with a ratings mod for online play??
Currently there is the 4-6-10-14-unrestricted.
Id like to see something like a 4-6-8-10-12-14-etc-Unrestricted.
This would not only prevent some Performance gaps but would also ensure that many a supercar would not end up in any class below 12. IMHO a 12 RCL would be a very sweet spot. Reasonabily high performance while preventing the Uber cars.
If I knew how to set this up I would.
