Asking for car setup under rating 14 to race online

Hello all:
Please advise me some car setup for Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and Dodge Viper SRT10, I have tried these two car to online race for many times, everytime lose to Nissan GT-R V-Spec (R35) and Audi RS 8, even in unrestricted rating, lose to other tier 4 cars, usuaslly Zonda R. The only chance to win online is driving GT-R V-Spec (R35) under 14. This made me feel very boring driving the same car.
I have already tried the carsetup can be found in the datebase, which can't help. Thank You.
