they can see if you give a 1 on purpose... if there are way higher votes otherwise for that car your 1 is kinda obviously an attempt to downvote...

but I think it is way to hard to give someone a 1... cause tastes differ...

in incognito chall there is one car (or there is no car just a pic) thaat diserves 1. i gve wery low vote and hope that i will not be punished for that...

Read the rules thoroughly. It says no up and downvoting and it doesn't forbid you to vote 1s or 10s.
