Is there a game out there that lets you design your own unique car from scratch? (not necessarily a racing game)

yea..thatd be cool, dont know about a whole car from skratch but on games like drag racer u can add body kits rims and so on

there was a game called "car tycoon" but that was just pathetic.

Nah. If you were to make a custom car, I would suggest just drawing on papaer or get them 3D deigning things and just use that to build your own car. You ffcant race it though scince your just going 2 make a 3d sprite of a car.

It would be great in order to use it at Tuning garages! If I had a tuning garage in the future, I would pay too much money to have this kind of program...

Yeap there is roughly one! It doesn't allow you to design it from scratch completely but you can modify the body alot. It is called Super Car Street Challenge if I am not mistaken! Good graphics - it is like a need for speed roughly and you race in the middle of known cities such as turin, paris, the vatican etc!
