Mazada RX8 top speed bug?

Greetings new member.
I have just gotten Shift 2, and it is awesome
I have bought a Mazda RX8 and top tuned it with Race Works, but for some unknown reason it only have a top speed of 220Km/H / 137mph it should have a minimum top speed of 250Km/H / 155mph stock according to the web, but mine is fully tuned it should reach over 300Km/H easily. I have checked the Gear ratio which is all in the middle/standard.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
