Hellow guyz, need help,

My friends's world driver name is ASHOKTHOMAS....
He created an account in the nfsunlimited and when he try to link it, it says, driver already taken!
And when he checked another person whom he dont even know is using his account here. So now he cant link his driver!
He is from india ... How can he get his driver from him and link it in ma account?
please help me
