Volkswagen Not Featured?

Does anyone know why there aren't any Volkswagen featured in the need for speed game this year? I mean there are Audi's but no Volkswagens, typically there is always a Golf, I understand that its not really a sports car, but damn I was hoping for the Scirocco.
