nfs on ps3 with dpad support?

Hi , can anyone tell me which all nfs games on ps3 support dpad?
Ive been playing nfs on ps and pc since the very first nfs, ea used to provide support for dpad and analog stick, but in this gen, ea stopped dpad support on some nfs games( nfs run doesnt have dpad support on pc)...it is very difficult for me to play using analog stick, without dpad i could not enjoy nfs run.....
