NFS Rivals FPS Issue Patch Coming Soon

So, I was in a live chat with an EA associate about the extreme lag (the extreme part was personal) in NFS Rivals. They told me that EA plans to patch this issue seeing as how everyone is complaining about it. They couldn't tell me exactly when it is coming out, but told me to expect it in the near future. So yeah... Expect it in the near future, I guess.
Just updating you guys on it.

They better release one big patch that fixes this whole mess.
Game is totally unplayable for me right now!

That sucks. my game works perfect...it transitions quickly when host drops game...and there is no lag... must be your internet provider/area/network...not the game

It is the game. My internet is just enough for it, my issue is the frame rate of the game which is appauling. Many users are complaining on the EA Answers Forum.
I updated my nvidia driver to the latest beta driver and that improved the frame rate a bit. more stable...
