Officer From Most Wanted 2012 Returns?

I was playing Rivals today & heard a familiar line, the same line & same voice from Most Wanted 2012.
"We're here to bust racers, not lose units."
It was on the police communications during a hot pursuit........interesting.

I also noticed that most of the sound effects from Most Wanted are also there. EA is starting to get lazy...
