The Helicopter........

I've noticed on rare occasions the pilot with make an emergency call when they are EMP'd.
However it seems exceedingly rare, for out of every 50 times that I've EMP'd a helicopter only once or twice have I heard the pilot mention it on the communications before leaving. It's a little disappointing that such a cool feature was put into the game but is rarely experienced.

I was a bit confused first when the heli flew off and I got no info about what happened.
