Why I banned?

I do not know why I was banned, I can not access my account, I have spoken with support in Portuguese has more than a month and no answers. I have sent message to EA Games and no response. Why I banned?
In my last race had many hackers rushing in the lobby, I ended up being blocked with them. I have spent more than $ 400 with the game (with a credit card and I have the receipts). Can you please reactivate my account?
