you need to go for optins>display>grafhic card or somthing like that and see what you can turn on but your grafhic card is preety weak i dont think that it will enable the crowds and the blur...

I hace the same kind of Gcard, if you cannot enable motion blur and other things it's why this gc doesn't support them, I don't know tecnically, but I think it's for directX support or something like that
...I think I'll change my gc when I'll have nfsu2

what is your geforce4? is it titaniun or mx? if its mx that meens that you cant see all thous things and if its titanium so you just need to go to options and enable eweryting, but if you cant see thous things by defoult, i think that you have gf4 mx, so what you need to do is buy better gc.

OMG this is a never-ending thread!!! You don't need to be an expert. Only look at this:
If you have a gForce, it must be a Titanium series, or the new FX series. If it is MX, you may have problems (low frame rate, no motion blur and bla bla...) So Titanium or FX. Obviously the game will run better with a FX5950Ultra than using a FX5200, but it will run in both cases.
If you have ATI, it has to be a 9xxx series, and I repeat, you will enjoy nfsu2 better in a 9800XT than in a 9200, but will work with both of them.
In general, every 128mb gfx cards are good to play nfsu/nfsu2. And judging the new nfsu2 videos I dont think the new game will need a much more better gfx/cpu. I mean: if your pc runs correctly nfsu1, it will be the same with nfsu2.

Why don't you try it then? Or don't you have Underground..

I'm running my Underground on a Radeon 9000 with 512 mb of RAM. I can run everything at full capacity with no choppiness.
