LOL I always thought the ZX3 was the RS version for the US... but it seems it's the 3 door hatchback... the STV is the more powerfull (and more expensive Focus)

we have these versions
(in 3 door Hatch, 5 door hatch sedan and Stationwagon)
Ambiente(standard), Ghia (little more luxurious) ST170 (sport based)
and the RS wich is the top focus (also with a BIG price tag on it!
and once every few months there is a action model!
and the UK has a other line of cars... :D

And the Ford Focus C-Max but that's a weird thing.... :?

Thanks so much guys! Chances are I'm getting the R34 kit. And thanks for all the info! It really isn't easy to build a car when you don't know what you're doing...thankfully enough, there are places on the net like this where clueless tuners like me can get help from knowledgable ppl like you! XD

Thanks again!

Diesel.. Haha, but anywayz, you can tune them.

The new TwinTurbo diesel (535d) from BMW goes from 0-60 MPH in 6,5 seconds. :|

BTW, from the 'How fast have you been driving blabla' topic..

Keep in mind that engine transplant isn't a easy thing. First of all, it costs you a load of money. The whole system in the car has to be replaced. Brakes, suspension, gearbox etc.

I don't think it's wise for me to tune a car for driving lessons is it???

this thing has big advantages:

but like I told grez in a other topic, I staying with this till next year and then I only use it for work ,
not for private use anymore

and Buy a car for private use

BTW: normally for private use I remove the big sign on the roof and,
If Im free for a few days I even remove the vinyls (wich are magnetic)

Glad I could help :)

Engine transplants aren as difficult or expensive as people think.

For example, my brothers project car. To replace the existing CA18DET engine with a brand new one is £1500. However, to replace it with an RB20DET single turbo Skyline engine plus 5 speed transmission is £1000. (used but with only 3000 miles on it). And depending on the power of the engine, you can sometimes simply get away with remapping the ecu, and not having to replace all the other parts of the transmission and engine.

Nice one Stig :D

Some very nice parts listed there, I love that wing. Same exhaust system as mine too! 8)

Try and find one in black, itll look the best (although its in constant need of cleaning...)

Want me to look for some kits for you? Just ask mate :)
