The second part of a five part series has been posted on IGN.com. It describe about the City core and what challenges you are going to face when you race around in it. Read it here

Another thing you'll always come to City Core for are the Underground Racing League events. These take place on closed racetracks and you'll find one set of races is in the Fort Union area and the other at the Airport

So Underground Racing League is going to be Closed Circuit racing.......COOL!!

Very nice info, it seems the pics with the closed tracks that looked like circuit are for Underground League Races, its like a tournament, sweet.
