I LOVE it!! There's a saying that goes: "Less is More". I love 'em, especially the Hyundai (Tiburon, I think)! Image

Not really.

Some stock looking BMW's truly have a M chassis.

From what I hear, an M-tech badge on the back indicates tuning, while one on the front grille indicates styling.

but then again you can buy these M badges at the gasstation... and Most of them ARE ricers... they put some M wheel (real or replica) on their 1990 bmw 316. or even less on their car

Hmm, none of those cars were very good! But the Tiburon can become nice, i think!

Another set of rims and there you go.

First thing that came to my mind - those owners have very little money to do anything decent to their cars, so what you see is probably all used parts and so on...

BMW M badge on front - not sure if it's styling only *I never remember seeing an M badge on front tbh*.

M tech isn't only doing motor, but many other parts, including interior design of a car, and a bodykit. All BMW today come with a model that's called sport or something like that - it carries the M-badge...
I'm not too good on Beemers, but Grez's idea is right - there has to be some distinction between M3 and a 3 Series with M tuning on styling. yet, the M-badge on a non M tech car doesn't mean its owner put it there on purpose.

true Urq.... but you know when someone does it on purpose... if they have a big tribal on the side and a HUGE muffler... it is there on purpose

I may have mentioned my friend before who has 2 BMWs. One, an E30 318, does have an m-tech badge put on by the factory.

Look on the kidney grille at the front.

It was unbeliveable  I wanted to take a pic of where there was some kind of an old convertible with black gangstas in it (maybe 5). I really wanted to but i didnt want to get killed cause at the same time they were looking at us while driving  But that car was hilarious
