I love this game mode, it is very funny. Sometimes I win in only 30seconds, but other times the races take several minutes.

A very exciting race I did yesterday, vs a Infinity G35. In a certain moment the other car was at 299 meters of distance and this kept during 3seconds LOL... It was a very challenging race (6minutes) he finally won.
But it must be even more exciting when we get the whole city instead of a only neighboorhood.

My records:

I can´t prove it but I won a outrun in 14.3 (something like that), the opponents got stuck right at the start

Just wondering, what happens after the Outrun? You'll still roam around? And what reward will you get for winning / losing an Outrun race?

THX in advance... Can't download the demo cos of 56K.... So my only solution is questions.

After outrun nothing happens (atleast not in demo). You only see if you won or not, and with what time you won.

this is my score, it was after the 3rd try.


and yeah, AI is really dumb

(and what is it with people who says they have a score, but dont paste a pic as proof. dont post than, IMO)

those AI's are so stupid, I dont even got the words to tell you how stupid they really are!
When I take the lead, sometimes the AI tries to go into the blocked areas

My quickest outrun was over in about 7. sumthin secs, My word is my bond.

My fastest was in 7 seconds and my longest is over 24min.

EDIT : New longest time... It gets boring when you stay behind to have the longest time... It always take 2 minutes or less for me. No real challenge...

IMO the fastest is just pure luck... if the oponent crashes in the first sec of the outrun and you are at full speed... it wil be over in a few sec....

yeah you go on with your free roam... get a message on the screen while driving... (won or lost) and simply race on... (free roam driving)

What about rewards? Any rewards for winning or losing?

No awards as long as we know. I suppose the rep points grow up when you win, but I can't find where they are the points.

Weird game: I was playing an Outrun (350z vs 350z) he had the lead.
Then I went close to him and saw that he was blocked in the tunnel (highways section) by a traffic car. I mean the traffic car was trying to enter in the middle tunnel (which is a blocked area) and was pushing the Z into it. The Z was trying to push the traffic car but this one was 'stronger'. Finally the Z decided to make a 180º and disappeared inside the blocked tunnel So I lost the race because I couldnt enter the blocked area and go for the Z......

So you're saying that the other Z came out from a blocked area, but you can't enter it? LOL!!! That's a funny one...

Looks like this DEMO is still a beta for everyone to test out, still not 100% perfect...

WHOAH!! You had nothing better to do? thats a damned while!!

GEES!! 46 minutes? How long were you trailing / leading your opponent?

After Outrun there isnt any option to replay.
There is for Circuit and Drift.

I didn't lead much. I just followed. First 20 minutes were easy, but after that he began to make tricky moves and shiznit. That was really cool, but why did he began with that after 20 minutes?

I almost won at 295 meter, but I noticed at time he had crashed..
