thats the message:
I want my car bacl! You better haul over there ASAP or am puttin' the word out on you- and that means no more racin' until I say so. GET TO THE CAR LOT... NOW

WTF im i suposed to do
what that message about, im so lost... plz tell me what to do

uhh ur supposed to go to the purple area.. or just follow that blue arrow.. its becuase you were racing with her car.. so you are supposed to bring it back.

yeah okay, but how can i go on with the game if i dont have any races, my map is only full with my shops, no races...

maybe one of the shop is over race place on your map
try shut down shops on maps to see is there any race under
