In NFSU 1 you could change the colour of the decals by pressing 'Z' or 'X' I forget...
But I have tried this with 2 and nothing? Is there a way to change the decals to black???

there is a 'change decal color' button on the bottom of the screen. a simple click will do the 'trick'

in the lower section of the screen is a button where you can change the color
