Engine sounds replacement?

Finally got my cereer so far that I unlocked the skyline. Well the stock skyline sounds great as does stock supra. But when I buy perfromance uprgade for engine the cars starts to sound like motorbike or something. Im just wondering is it possible to rename the sound files so that the upgraded skyline/supra sounds like the stock? If someone knows which file(s) to deal with?

There is no way to do this. You'd have to update a ton of data-files, and without the editors, it's not possible. You can rename of the 25 data-files needed, but you'll only get 1/25th of that engine.

btw, the upgraded Skyline is a mod'fd 350z with skyline mixture, so it's not a motorbike.

OK, hope that someone will make sound editor someday. Before that I just drive my skyline with stock engine and all else upgraded to lvl3 and listen the nice sound it makes around 9000rpm.... Anyway straight sixes sound great in real world too
