"NFS U2" Problem! Games freezes while loading :-((

Hi!
I`ve big problems with NFS U2 , nearly everytime the game is loading, the game freezes and i have to restart the game.
patch is installed
system :
Win XP home
AMD 3000+
512DDR RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro
