and is there a pattern of u unlocking stuff from outruns? like every 2 or 3 do u get somethin or do certain cars give u stuff? thanks Gs... and are there any tips for easily winnin outruns?

When you drive long enough and do Outruns.

Just do every Outrun in every stage. Easy win? Crash them.
