I am on stage 4 and i have won 4 URLs and 14 world races and i was wondering when i will get the CF trunk and body kits. I was also wondering when i will get the 2005 mustang,Engine/trunk neon and split hoods

You'll unlock the Ford Mustang on Stage 4... Slowly do your races and you'll unlock it. You're almost there mate!

U.R.L has different stages, and after you've completed U.R.L stage 4, you'll unlock the Mustang.
