Generally on racing games, and it don't usually matter which one, when there's a tie like that, the winner is the one who is not the computer. Example, if I or anybody tied in that scenario, me or the other person would have won not the computer. The same of course goes true for any "place" for that matter. Hope this helps.

I hated when you got exactly the gold time on GT2 and it still only gave you a silver
