How do u use the 106 and opel corsa in NFSU2 Ver. USA?

HEEELLPPP!!!! does anyone know how to use the peugeot 106 and opel corsa cars through the patch in the zip file i attach here??
I have followed the instructions in the readme file, but i still can't find the cars.....
(I download this zip file from the news section)

Do you put the "saves" on the savegames folder
After that... You run NFSU2 and sellect the save that you want to play...
It's simple...

And don't forget to put the car folders in your "cars" folder...

Would this work similarly for replacing the SUV's as i never race them and they are rather pants to drive in my opinion. Much rather replace them with some other cars.

No replacing, just adding so you get to keep the SUV's.
Besides replacing them would be bad, the game will still call the Hummer function in some races.
If it is a Integra instead = CRASH!
