can anyone tell me what this part of the map is? cannot access it
its in Beacon Hill, just before the big (drive-thru) glasshouse

You find some races there from time to time, and then it goes back to trees again. It's kinda like a tower of some sort if memory serves me correctly. You can drive around it when it is there.

tower? races?
its always blocked by a fence. the pic below will give you a better picture of the area. maybe there's a minimum level attainment before i might race there? any other areas like this exist?

I dont think there is anything there, ive never been able to get into the section, so i just ignored it. Nothing to worry about.

usually like games the doom3 or CS like, i would run a noclip cheat, but for this game i dont wanty to know about cheats until i finish it off "lawfully" the first time...

No no no the "tower" is on the other entrance to Pidgeon Park where the yellow circle is on the pic above roughly.

I noticed that bit too. You cant get in it and i've completed the game 100% so it obviously doesnt matter
