Distributing Custom Cars

I was wondering if anyone had a method of distributing thier custom car builds ? The only method i've found at the moment is literally to give a text file parts list and others have to build the car themselves, in a kit form.

I found it strange that NFSU2 doesnt include a feature to save your cars as a single file, so that you can email, upload them to other people to spread your good designs.

If there is an application which can pull out your custom designs from save games, can someone please point me to it, thx
