At the beginning i started with the Honda Civic, then switched to the Hyundai Tiburon and finally beat the game with the Toyota Supra.

Started With 240sx.
Moved to GTO until i unlocked Trany level 3. Then back to my 240 to finish the game

First time around I started with the 240sx and ended with the 240sx.

Second time around I started with an MX-5. Switched mid-way to a Tiburon and finished with a Mustang.

Third time around I started with an Escalade and ended with an Escalade. (I just used a Focus untill the Escalade was unlocked in the first URL)

from 240sx to supra to rx7. and then switching between supra and rx7 at times.
escelade was my pimp ride, the only one to get above 7 for visual rating and reached 10.

Civic -> Tiburon -> Mustang.

First time
106 (4.7*) - Supra (6.7*) - TT (10*) - Skyline (10*)

Second time
206 (2.5*) - Hyundai coupé (=Tiburon) - Supra - 350Z (9.5*)- Evo7 (10*)

I was a bit of a yo yo between cars.
Started with a MX-5, moved onto Supra when it became availible.
Then to RX-7.
Then to Skyline.
Then to Evo 8.
Then back to the FD to finish the whole thing, drove the RX-7 most of the time.

As I started off with the US (sorry, North American) version, I used the following:

Peugeot 206 GTi
Cadilac Escalade - used for SUV races only, used throughout the game.

Kept the 206 which I riced up to 10* but bought:

Hyundai Coupe V6 (Tiburon) - used for everything until I unlocked:

Audi TT - used for everything until I unlocked:

Pontiac GTO - completed the game with this baby.


I'm going to start a new game, and having tuned a Pug 106 GTI for Quick Race, I think I'm going to play through with this car from the start (now I have the UK version). Either that, or the Vauxhall Corsa (another sweet ride - anyone else noticed that the smaller cars seem to be the best? No? Oh well, that's my opinion!!!)

dunno about the hassle of changin the cars. i started with honda civic and almost ended in it. im still @ 82% gameplay, but im *very* busy...

ps. i managed to install tha game @ work... on a low end pc, playing at 640x480 blehh resolution, and im tunin the 206 there.

mine one is a bit dull, racing with the MX-5 all the way till end (because i like that car the best in NFSU1). in stage 5, i buy the IS300 as a vase in my garage, i like IS300 because its a wolf in a sheep skin (2JZ vvt-i inside !).

240sx -> Supra -> 350z + A stock 3000GT in my career garage and a spare slot.

Started it with the MX-5. Used the Supra when ik came aviable to drag.

Switched to the RX-8, and the Stang when it came aviable to drag. Finished the game with the MX5

i used civic all through, no trades no notin

first time I started with the 206 got a Celica as second car and later on the TT and RX-8 and got one place left.

Second time: started with the Focus but traded it in as soon as I got the Hyundai.
got a Corolla as second car for Street X and later on a TT and RX-8 again... orignal eh?
and filled the garage with the Mustang.

now working on my third try.

got a Celica, IS300, TT, and waiting for the SKYLINE and a other car... have to deside yet

On my 1st i started with 206 and then got the a3, i amm just waiting untilm i get the hummer

i went with the 240 > Supra > Eclipse > Evo > WRX switching between off n on

civic > RX8 > FD haha

240SX - Celica pretty much.

Celica rocks. Very good overall car.

Started with the 240sx and kept it the whole way.
