Can someone tell me when i unlock scissor doors & split hoods? I have unlocked 70%+ visuals? How much longer

You get them when you are far enough.

You get them when you unlock the west side of Coal Harbour and there is a body chop in that area. Probably at about 47% of the game.

when you unlock coal harbour west, stage 5 races, press T on your keyboard for game stats and you will see your stage

Jeez, only one person needs to tell him it's Coal Harbour west. It should be spam if you just repeat what the other before you said.
