Here is a more definate definition:
Rice = Minimal or no engine mods, and excessive exterior tuning that may or may not (but usually does) look really bad.

i bet that car drives around at night with its lights off case its so damn bright. its like the neon thing bikers or traffic police wear so they can be seen.
Its also great that they spent there money to make a car that can be recognized from anywhere anytime. Hope they dont drive to fast.

I don't find a good definition of rice...
some cars do have a good set of brakes stock. I know when I finally get my celica it will be tuned performance wise, but I don't expect I will do much to the brakes.. maybe some drilled disks and other brakepads.... cause a complete brake set is 1 hard to find most only do front brakes and I am not driving a car with colored front calipers and rear stock. only a few brands have front and rear set for cars like the Celica (and I think same goes for the Integra I think) and if they are sold they are extremely expensive!
although I would like to have em...

You know you're a ricer if:
Your car has more exhaust decibels than your engine has kilowatts
Your rims and tyres are so large that they double the weight of your car and you have to install them from underneaththe car as they wont fit into the wheel well from the side
You push your car through the staging lanes to keep the motor cool in the hope you will break into the 18's
You add a super tall rear wing and 100kg of after-market ground effects, neon lights and stereo, yet you yank out the rear seat and carpet to save weight
Your exhaust tip is the most expensive mod you've done to your engine
You've claimed that adding an after-market pod filter has given your car "20% more power"..........or about 2 kW's
Your car has stickers for parts that you could not point out if asked where they are installed
You own a "Type R" Mazda or Diahastu
You claim you lost a race because you had a passenger or the air-conditioning was on
You've spent more money on graphis and decals than you have on petrol for a whole year
You consider headlight eyelids or painted windshield wiper arms as legitimate modifications
You bought the biggest after-market tacho you could find to scare off the fast cars and then set the shift light to flash at 2220rpm
You buy race petrol to drop your ET's from 17.02 to 16.92 down the quarter but tell your friends you pulled a 13.92
Hope that helps a bit

Hahahahahahahhahahahah, that's funny! Guess the best thing you can do if you want to tune is collect everything you want on your car, stash it, tune your performance and then put on the exteriour stuff you've collected.
That is, if you also want to tune the outside off your car.
