What is exactly Japan Tuning??

Before getting nfsu2, I thought Japan Tuning was a brand name of a 'garage' like APR, Veilside.... I even had heard about a tuned VW Golf by Japan Tuning.....

When nfsu2 was released I made an Audi TT with Japan Tuning decals, and everybody laughed (German car, Japanese decal)

Well... if Japan Tuning is a garage, then they are able to tune cars from all over the world, isnt it?

But once again.... what is Japan Tuning? It should be some kind of manufacturer which makes parts for different cars, NOT ONLY japanese cars!!

i kinda agree with PSZeTa, i am not too sure too, i always reads japs car tunning magazine, but i never heard of a garage named japan tunning. most likely alot people in the hong kong, taiwan sends thier engine to japan for further tuned up, garage/tunning factories such as TOMEI does that, you know perhaps the same thing all over the other garage in the world .... they are devided into phases of upgrades etc.

i guess thats what means by japan tunning is the style, i am not too sure for myself.

i always read mag from hong kong and taiwan. maybe someday i will scan some of the page in the mag and post it here, and maybe some of you will tell me whats the difference between jap tunning and US/UK tunning style too

Looks Spanish, of all things. They did a NFSU2 promo car, which explains all their logos in the game.

actually,Japan Tuning is like a supplier of japanese parts,like a Japaneese West Coast Customs,so nobody has to make fun of sum1 putting a JT on an Audi
